Lone Star Pedagogic is different than many consulting firms. Our goal is to collaborate with our clients, get to know them, their school, their staff, their students, their community and their particular needs. Only then can we help equip them with customized tools, systems and services, enabling them to teach, learn and achieve. What we offer is more than programs and products; it is a new way of doing school!
A New Model
We believe technology has changed the learning model. The dynamics of knowledge, curriculum, teacher and student no longer have an exclusively linear relationship. The “New Model” is interactive and responsive; the learner is fully capable of directly accessing the content body of knowledge instantaneously and with as much ease and efficacy as the teacher - at any time and at any place. Utilizing the same instructional paradigms and methodology as our predecessors would be insanely ineffectual. We adamantly believe that schools should focus on designing learning experiences that foster increased engagement. In so doing, we conjecture that a greater depth of knowledge can be acquired, ultimately improving student achievement, all within a culture that fosters respect, high expectations, teaching and learning for everyone.
